Florian Wieland works at the Hereon outstation on the DESY campus in Hamburg. His research interests are: biomineralisation, surfaces & interfaces (adsorption process, Langmuir layers, growth phenomena), nanoparticles, metal organic frameworks, research on proteins & polymers under shear and pressure conditions, x-ray reflectivity, grazing incidence diffraction & grazing incidence small angle scattering.
